Best Western Naples Inn & Suites

Nice pools and breakfast, older guy in reception was very nice and helpful

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, groceries and other attractions. Uber rides to Macato and 5th ave averaged $15 each way. Great choice if you plan on having real fun. The staff is very friendly. At the front desk Peter and Daisy are masters of customer service and can answer all of your questions. House keeping and ground crew are always smiling. And so were we with all the perfect weather. Continental breakfast had many options and is one of the better ones we’ve had. There are a couple of breakfast places in walking distance and we chose to go of property once. There are two pools. One heated one not. We used the unheated pool all week. Pool area is nice and clean. The property grounds have many unique pieces of art as well. This isn’t your grandmother’s Best Western. We can’t wait to come back!!

From check-in to check out, this Best Western Naples Inn & Suites was just exceptional! They deserve many more stars than 5! Daisy (manager) greeted me the first day, and her staff is outstanding. Dylan at the front desk was also excellent! I had a perfect accessible room ( roll in shower) on the 2nd floor overlooking one of their pools. The other (heated) pool was not far from the room either. This was where a very nice breakfast was served every day. The housekeeping staff.. Anything you needed, they were there to help. All very pleasant. Especially in a tough "hiring" time, they have just found the best employee's. The location is right in the middle of restaurants, stores, and the mall. They also offer a shuttle to the beach, which is a huge deal because if you are not a Naples resident..it is very hard to find parking. The location is very safe as well. I really can't find anything to complain about. Reasonably priced, very clean, and centrally located. Microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. What else could you ask for! I would highly recommend this hotel for families as well as individuals who are just looking for a nice typical Florida hotel. Oh ya.. there is a little miniature golf course on the property too.

The room was nice and large, the bed was comfy, and the AC worked great. Room had a nice patio that led out to a really lovely deck with loungechairs and a palapa, with gorgeous plants and trees with lights strung between. Wonderful setting. Everything inside and out was nice, clean and orderly. We also loved the complimentary breakfast poolside with lots of healthy choices, not your normal carb heavy freebie breakfast. The staff was very friendly as well (I assume they would be helpful too, but we had no issues, so can't comment on that).

Nice location, good pool and spa. Nice rooms but a bit on the small size.
